My Favorite Hair Vitamin: ResVitale Keratin Enhance
Product Review: My Go-to Hair Vitamin
ResVitale Keratin Enhance

My mom and I have been using this product on and off for the past three years. First, let me warn you that this product is pricier than your typical hair vitamins or Biotin from the drug store. However, I have tried cheaper brands like Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails and the difference is day and night for me.
I have dry, normal skin and I never break out EVER. Well, I do get one deep pimple here and there on my forehead but that’s about it. Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails broke me out in my T-zone after a week of taking it. I switched to this product because ResVitale is so pricey. I thought my body just has to get used to the vitamins, nope! The problem went on consistently and I had to stop taking these gummies after 2 months with little result. Note: the breakouts I had consisted of tiny, tiny pimples all over my T-zone area on my forehead and I was getting very oily (abnormal). I instantly knew it was from the gummies because I have never had this type of pimples before.
In the end, I went back to ResVitale Keratin Enhance because I realized the price matches the quality. Now, let me tell you why this product is my favorite.
Skin: my skin is not breaking out whatsoever while taking this product. Moreover, I see an improvement in my skin overall (combo of healthier diet and vitamins?). My skin is definitely more glowy and clear.
Hair: Your hair typically grows ½ in. per month. I saw a 1 in. growth in one month along with strong, shiny and healthy hair. My hair was pretty damaged from bleaching and flat iron. Now, my hair is not breaking off as much as before. I am no longer experiencing fallouts in the shower (3, 4 strands at most now).
Price: $44.99 at GNC ($41.99 with membership). I caught their BOGO 50% off deal with an extra 30% off (flash sale). I paid $24.50/ bottle after tax and shipping.

Overall, I love love love this product! I am on my 4th bottle so far and I only take one capsule a day. The recommended dosage is two capsules a day (3,000 mcg of Biotin). However, this is unnecessary because your body simply cannot absorb that much Biotin in one day and you get rid of the excess through urination.
One bottle lasts me about 2 months. Try out this product! You won’t regret it if you are looking for longer, shinier and healthier hair. It is an investment but why mess with your skin and hair by using cheaper products.
Thanks for reading and I will be back with more reviews and tutorials!
